The env files made in /etc/profile.d/ should not have the execution bit set...they will not be read in Centos 7

created several proxy variables. the formats magic_shell drops them in on linux v6 systems and before are fine and will work (for 0755 permissions).
However for linux v7 these files should not have the +x bit set because they will not be read in.
Suggest to change it so the file dropped in is as 0644 and not 0755. Doing it this way will still make all v6 machines act in the same manner.
