Downtime for `alpha.twizzle.net`.

The following are timestamps of two consecutive log messages:

• 27/Oct/2025:12:18:24 -0700
• 27/Oct/2025:13:44:58 -0700

We get requests every few minutes, so we were probably down a tad less than that, but definitely over an hour.

Things I know:

• twizzle.net and beta.twizzle.net (also the cubing_deploy user) were also down.
• cdn.fastly.cubing.net (cubing_deploy user) was not down.
• timer.cubing.net (lgarron user) was down.
• cubing.net (lgarron user) was not down.

So I'm not sure what exactly could explain it.
