arm64: dts: s32g: Add USB device tree information for s32g2/s32g3

Conflicts: Context difference caused by upstream commit d1b07cc
           ("arm64: dts: s32g: Add USB device tree information for
           s32g2/s32g3") changing the same area. This conflict was
           resolved by Linus upstream in 115e74a ("Merge tag
           'soc-dt-6.17' of
           git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc").
