Broken example_config.yml link in documentation #189

Describe the bug
On the ReadTheDocs documentation the link in page "Package Usage", section "Configure a run" the link to the example config file redirects to "https://ctlearn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/config/example_config.yml" which does not contain the file.
To Reproduce
Go to https://ctlearn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html and click the link "example config file".
Expected behavior
Example config file should be available with the given link.
(file does exist on the github repo, just not available through the link)
