Support challenge deployment configuration

Within the challenge schema, allow for defining how the instances should be deployed.

This include both shared and instanced type challenges, but is not needed for static type challenges.

This tasks include researching how this could be achieved, or if the challenge schema should be change from the ground up.

Tasks

• Research elements that needs to be included in order to deploy a wide range of challenges
• Research how to do fully custom deployment configuration, which the schema may not support
• Decide if deployment configuration should be implemented into the schema
• Implement challenge deployment configuration into the challenge schema
• Test the schema with known working challenges
• Update Challenge toolkit to generate deployment based on deployment configuration
• If needed, document how to migrate to the new schema
• Document how to specify deployments within the new deployment configuration framework
