The documentation references the following extends syntax for using the Tairo layer:

extends: ["gh:cssninjaStudio/tairo/layers/tairo#2.0.0"]

The extends value should be updated to:

extends: ["gh:cssninjaStudio/tairo/layers/tairo#v2.0.0"]

The step:

pnpm add --save-dev @shuriken-ui/nuxt tailwindcss

should also be
pnpm add --save-dev @shuriken-ui/nuxt@next tailwindcss
