Describe the feature

TairoPopover always opens at the bottom of the action text/button. This hides the content when you are at the bottom of the page. Popover should ideally render in the direction where more space is available.

This is more of an enhancement, we already have floating ui on the popover so that should be ok.

Not sure if I understood the solution. Is there something I can do to fix in my code or this requires a change in the Tairo layer?
