Make compatible with SP2013/O365 Minimal Download Strategy

Custom JS in SharePoint meant to run on page load does not execute when the Minimal Download Strategy feature is enabled on a site. This applies to SP2013 and O365.

To address this issue, include a workaround in the README or implement a workaround in SJH.
