Issue parsing date

Hi! Thanks for this library!

I just ran into an issue, though. A report I get looks like this:

<FlexStatement accountId="A0001111" fromDate="2025-01-22" toDate="2025-05-21" period="LastNCalendarDays" whenGenerated="2025-05-22 20:41:57 AEST">

The whenGenerated date format causes an exception

ibflex.parser.FlexParserError: FlexStatement.whenGenerated - Can't convert '2025-05-22 20:41:57 AEST' to <class 'datetime.datetime'>

Ah, I see. That's because the report's been configured to use Time Format HH:mm:ss TimeZone.
Still, since this case is missing (2 separators), it may be added to time parsing, perhaps?
