Add a reviews manager mode that allows to access all the review on a slide

Add a specific role to the platform that allows to access all the reviews on each slide.
This mode will allow to see all generated ROIs and related clinical information.
It will also enable extra annotations on slide or ROI level that will be shared among all the users belonging to this specific new role.
