[FEATURE] chat will LOCK when you scroll up

when you scroll up to read previous chats, a new chat entry will cause the chat window to scroll down to the bottom, showing the most recent chat. If you scroll up far enough, this feature will be disabled and chat does NOT auto-scroll to the most recent entry.

I would like to see a feature added that would TOTALLY disable the "scroll to new chat entry" feature altogether, so that, when you scroll up, the chat window "locks" in that position until you scroll back near the bottom of the chat window again.

This would REALLY help moderators trying to copy/paste or snapshot stuff in chat. Thanks for all you do!
