Subsequent raids from same user not handled #3448

Current Behavior
Had a raider last night who had raided much towards the start of the stream, the raid trigger worked absolutely fine then they raided much later in the stream and no raid trigger was fired, probably due to Firebot having cached the user's name as 'already raided so don't trigger'.
Expected Behavior
Same user can trigger raids multiple times in a single stream (with caveats of maybe, a certain cooldown of last raid as to avoid raid abuse)
