[feat] add shortcut for toggle collapse in case of vertical tabs

in the case of the recent chrome updates which added the ability to have vertical tabs.

I would like to request shortcut for these buttons we have on the ui right now:

Agreed - looks like the extension API doesn't support it right now but I'll check back in a few weeks.
