How about create executable, for using in scripts on PC without dotnet tools?

Hi @LulzLoL231,
I am not sure to understand your need. You will for sure need dotnet to run the Comparator, so dotnet tools seemed to be the most straightforward way to implement a CLI.
How would you implement such executable?
