Pending features for chapter sites

• single content widgets (single, featured news)
• shortcode/gutenberg block to list team members
• download document/files post type (template / styling / widgets)
• add post formats compatibility

Theme improvements

• sass improvements (avoid temp.scss)
• Multisite function helpers
• multilanguage compatibility (maybe polylang)
• Remove twentysixteen dependency
