ROracle can't find Oracle Client

Upon installation:

ERROR: cannot find C:\Users\SPOPOV\scoop\apps\oracle-instant-client\current/sdk/include or Oracle Client include.
       Please set OCI_INC to specify its location.

Seems like a simple issue to fix with assembling broken file paths due to backslash/front slash mismatch
