ROracle Not installing for R 4.0

I recently moved to R 4.0. In installing new packages, I cannot get ROracle to install in latest version. The ROracle-1.3.2.zip works for R 3.6.0 and not R 4.0. What have other ROracle users done to connect R 4.0 with Oracle?

I also tried installing via CRAM source with no luck. I got this

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘ROracle’:
package ‘ROracle’ was installed before R 4.0.0: please re-install it

What worked for me was to copy the ociver.h file from C:\oreclient_install_dir\instantclient_19_5\sdk\include to C:\Program Files\R\R-4.1.0\include

For some unknown reason it does not see the files, i fell like it's the file path separation that is wrong i am trying to change it, any thoughts?

Has anyone solved this issue? I have the same error message for R version 4.1.2.

cp: cannot stat 'C:\Program': No such file or directory
indicates that it does not like the spaces in these paths (usually on Windows).
You can work around that issue by using "short names" eg for C:\Program Files\ that would be C:\PROGRA~1\ etc. for defining OCI_INC, OCI_LIB.. and so on.
You can display the directory "short names" via the /X option to the dir command ie dir /X
