[5.x]: Nice if asset default location used the single location by default #18314

What happened?
Description
When changing an Asset field type from a single location to multiple, the Default Upload Location goes to the first (I think) location. It'd be nice if it kept the original single location. All the volumes are checked off.

In this case, it would be nice (maybe expected) that the default location would be Design Features.
