Feature request: Reorder custom fields

Hi, I'd love to see a feature to reorder the custom fields inside of the settings.

I feel that the order of the custom fields in the settings is not that important, but the order of consumption can be

This means that I am inclined to think that the existing #1068 has a better representation of the outcome we want. ie: when I subscript to custom fields, I want to control which order they appear.

I may be missing something, is there a reason why the order would be preferably defined globally in settings?

Hey, my main reasoning was to have a global order that also applies to the exported CSV/Google Sheet sync.
I guess technically you could have an order on both global level and as the mentioned issue #1068 defines.

I am not sure I see a case where the order of the exported csv is relevant?

As for Google Sheet, Ontime will keep the order of the existing columns

Can you please give me more context to an use case where this order would be important?

Hi, other than the CSV, It'd be also nice to have an order under the editor page.

I dont personally see that this is something we can prioritise.
As you understand, every code we write, comes at the cost of other code we didnt.

If someone (like yourself) were to make a PR, I am happy to add the feature, but I cant see this being added to our roadmap for now

Meanwhile, I will leave the issue open and am happy to reconsider if there is there is enough user support or a use case that hasnt been covered.
