[checks] Check for "floating point" (should be "floating-point")

It was decided in #440 to hyphenate consistently as "floating-point".
#1319 fixed this at the time, but since then, new uses of "floating point" slipped back into the standard.
#8122 removes 3/4 of the four occurrences of "floating point".

After #8122, the only remaining use is

We obviously cannot fix that one because it's the actual title of the document, but everywhere else, we should be able to run a source check so we can stop playing Whac-A-Mole with wrong hyphenation.

To be fair, now thinking about it, one could technically say

A number has a floating point

and that would be the correct spelling, but I don't really see us ever saying that in the standard, and we can cross that bridge when we get there. Until then, it does more good to just ban the term "floating point" as it's almost certain that it's a spelling mistake, not intentional.
