White big arrows

Hello,
I am experiencing the following error, which is big white arrows appearing in the phy view.
Could you please let me know what should cause this and how I can fix it?

Hi, I'm having a very similar issue. In my case, the similarity view and cluster view did not show up as a blank white screen, or sometimes the window changes into a strange arrow-like pattern like your screenshot. If you find a solution, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know too.
