Should be able to scale one element by some factor as well as scaling all elements together. The reason for this is that there will be a small difference in the secondary ion intensity with respect to the position in the sample holder. This can be accounted for by assuming that the matrix signal should be similar in a set of sambles, hence, scaling capabilities.
