Specify syntax for parameter expressions

the syntax needed for assignment and ODE expressions is not apparent. Different variables such as "Values[parameter]{-/.Rate/.InitialValue}" can be obtained from CopasiUI, and operators can be learned from https://copasi.org/Support/User_Manual/Model_Creation/User_Defined_Functions/, but I think specifying the expression syntax in the documentation would be useful.
