Filter "Any" is broken

Tested with Humor and Adult Content filters.

Selecting "Any" excludes the content completely.
Selecting "Only get assets tagged as ..." is the only way to get content tagged as such.

From my observation it is not that the filter is broken. SteamGridDB introduced a pagination (or it was always there) but the library does not handle the pagination. E.g. the library pulls only the first 50 images.
I created a PR.
Meanwhile you can try the fix at my fork.

Failed to download metadata: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I got yours to work, but it does not let me search for a game listing to pick from if it cannot auto find it. It just loads forever if it cannot find the game.
