Automate releases to typst #17
Description
Releasing typst packages currently has a high level of friction, and that means the releases are less frequent than we would like. To create a new release, we must create a PR to https://github.com/typst/packages (and it must be authored or approved by @rowanc1).
It would still be pretty straightforward to set up an action to do this - it would probably need a specific Personal Access Token to create the correct PR.
