Cannot get result from amqp backend #2

Coming from gjedeer#125:
[R]unning Ubuntu 20.04. While the Redis backend works, switching to the AMQP backend fails to return any results from tasks. FWIW, I can see that the tasks succeed in Flower.
I guess I'll start by determining which Connector is in use, then review the APIs of the PHP AMQP bindings and/or the php-amqplib libraries.
