Azure sign in message only shows on verbose output

When using copsctl for the first time, a "copsctl namespace list" after the initial connection (in my case to the party cluster), the message "To sign in, use a web browser to open the page https://microsoft.com/devicelogin and enter the code XXXXXXXXXX to authenticate" is only shown in verbose mode, in standard mode the operation seems to hang. This should be shown to the user in any verbosity setting.
