TinyMCE insert Image variation gets removed

Inserting an image over the TinyMCE with a different size than the original file isn't possible. The smaller version is not available.

To reproduce the issue:

1. Upload image
2. Insert the image via the TinyMCE Editor
3. Change the size of the image in the image selector
4. Save page.

After some reloads the image will be missing.
