Provide exporter of duct records into W3C PROV

Could be done as extension within existing solutions already e.g.

- https://github.com/datalad/datalad-metalad/blob/master/datalad_metalad/extractors/runprov.py
  - how/where in PROV to provide information about resources used (memory, wall time, cpu) 
- independently, may be dumped in BIDS PROV (BEP028: https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-specification/pull/2099 )
