Check that color is not changed if a pool in vesicle pool is updated

the logic built around `COLORMAPS` [here](https://github.com/computational-cell-analytics/synapse-net/blob/main/synapse_net/tools/vesicle_pool_widget.py#L15) should prevent this, but it did not work when we tried it today.
