merge: supersede legacy static site with Next.js + Prisma platform

The static HTML marketing site on main and this Next.js platform on
jalikoa grew as independent histories. This commit folds main into
jalikoa without carrying any of its files — the Next.js app (app/
route groups, Prisma admin, public portfolio wired to DB) replaces
the static site wholesale. Old site is still reachable via main's
prior commits.
