I've mostly done it myself, but 'The Ichor' Venom-based Warlock class help!

I had to upload this as a .txt but obviously using this as an xml - I am not a coder, but I copied basically everything right and I thought I'd got it, but I really can't seem to figure out what the problem is and how to make it work on my Aurora. I'm also going to attach the PDF document that I was trying to add, any help trouble shooting would be GREATLY appreciated!!
