Failure to import large file

A large impact data capsule (2.2 MB, ~47k lines) fails to import with message:
"The operation was interrupted. Please address the following issue and try again. Import failed: The argument is invalid or missing or has an incorrect format."
I can't see an obvious syntax error in the file; nothing is flagged in SHACL validation that would obviously cause this. the file will import via the Airtable Extension, so this is specifically an Excel issue.

An updated version of the file does import successfully to Excel—not sure why there's a difference.
