But ImpactPathway (a subclass of ImpactModel) has these properties at Essential Tier:

hasIndicator
Given that the ImpactPathway subclass would inherit all the properties of the ImpactModel parent class, it seems logical that the properties of ImpactModel should also be at Essential Tier. An instance of the ImpactPathway subclass would seem incomplete without at least hasName and forOrganization?
