infra: add grpc ports to infrastructure file #30

The e2e testnet now supports GRPC and privileged GRPC ports that are used in our docker based e2e tests.
Currently, Digital ocean testnets are generated only with an rpc port (#29 ).
We need to extend the infrastructure and add support for GRPC endpoints if we want to test any grpc based behaviour on our DO testnets.
