[docs] @nuxtjs/mdc to comark migration guide

It would be great to have a Migration Guide to illustrate how a Nuxt project can utilize comark if it currently uses parseMarkdown and MDCRenderer from the @nuxtjs/mdc package.

This should also include how to register custom components via the Nuxt config, etc. if possible.
