Cannot start service prometheus locally, docker-compose up error

Facing this error running prometheus locally, wondering if any ideas?

@wj116 can you please share more details of your setup? It seems like the error is specific to your docker config for prometheus and not Cadence. Are you able to successfully start prometheus via Docker outside of our example docker-compose config?
