Add more encodings to the text representation in the hex view #401
Description
It should support at least:
- ASCII / some extended ASCIIs (this will be partially covered by Add more representations of unprintable bytes #380)
- UTF-8
- UTF-16
- UCS-2
- all variants of EBCDIC
