In Visual Studio solution files all paths should use '\' even on Unix

At the moment the tests fails because the reference data has '\'. I don't think I should make it '/' even on Unix as Visual Studio is a Windows first product. Maybe I need to check what happens if I use '/'.

If I rewrite a .sln file to use '/' instead of '' in Windows it still loads the file correctly. I guess I can decide to leave it as '/' on Linux then.

Ultimately it feels like this should be configurable somehow.
