Add copying with hardlinks

For some situations, it is preferable to create hardlinks instead of plain copying.
  
I would like to have an option to "copy with hardlink" (equivalent would be `cp -l` or `cp -al` recursively).  
A simple context menu entry "Copy (hardlink)" or alternatively "Paste (hardlink)" would suffice.
