Update VS Code to 1.50.0

- The .js build files are no longer committed so they're gone.
- ParsedArgs and EnvironmentService are now NativeParsedArgs and
  NativeEnvironmentService.
- Interface for environment service was moved.
- getPathFromAmdModule was deprecated.
