Feature Request: Add Glowing Cursor Trail Effect

I would like to add a modern glowing cursor effect with a smooth trailing animation to enhance the website’s UI and user interaction experience.

Proposed Changes
Add a neon green glowing custom cursor
Add fading trail particles behind the cursor
Smooth cursor movement animation
Lightweight implementation using only HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ensure responsiveness and good performance across devices

Benefits
Improves overall visual appeal
Makes the website feel more interactive and modern

Since the site already has a Matrix-themed background, please keep the effect subtle so it goes well with the terminal-based theme of the platform. Also, make sure the implementation is lightweight and doesn't impact performance or mobile usability.
