Implement Settings Profile tab with edit form

Implement the Profile tab (tab 1) within the Settings screen. Features: read-only profile summary (@username, member since, admin badge), editable form with 4 fields (Display Name, Bio, Avatar URL, Email), Tab/Shift+Tab field navigation, Ctrl+S submission, dirty state tracking with discard confirmation dialog, optimistic save with Saving.../Profile updated feedback, form validation (character limits, URL format), responsive bio height (3/6/10 lines by breakpoint), abbreviated labels at minimum size. Tests in e2e/tui/settings.test.ts.
