Were the debug + iNav PTFs correctly applied?
Check what's the version in the /QIBM/ProdData/IBMiDebugService/package.json file.

Are there other folder named DebugService under /QIBM/ProdData? (that would indicate that the PTF wasn't correctly applied or it was applied while the service was still running).

@CHSREERAM IBM i debug extension v3.0.2 on VSCode client requires IBM i debug service v3.0.2 on the host. Please verify the debug service version from the package.json file.

@CHSREERAM We have a new debug client (v3.0.3) and a new debug service (v3.0.3). You can reopen the issue if you can still reproduce the issue after the update.
