This is an incredibly rich data set with a powerful potential to build a narrative. We need someone to dig deeper into it and see what kinds of patterns have been evolving in Boston, and whether or not the ethnic makeup of neighborhoods has changed in concert with our income and cost of living data.

If I'm not mistaken, you showed me a demo with the HMDA data that showed locations of loan origination and default over time, along with ethnicity.

We used the data in one of our calendar spreads as well.

The site Alisha linked is great, but it only has data from 2007-2013. Since HMDA was passed in 1975, we need to find the data for older years.
