Codecov app intermittently doesn't load due to 502 errors on api.codecov.io

Describe the bug
The Codecov app sometimes doesn't load due to api.codecov.io responding with a 502 bad gateway error. Meanwhile, status.codecov.com shows all green. This has been happening since last night.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Browsers
  • Google Chrome Version 145.0.7632.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  • Firefox 148.0
• System: Fedora Linux 43 KDE

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to app.codecov.io
2. Wait for the app to try loading
3. "There's been an error. Please try refreshing your browser, if this error persists please contact support"

Expected behavior
The app to load.
