Bug Description

I wouldn't be here typing this had I not tried everything to cancel my subscription, I'm installing windows right now on another device so I can try and cancel my subscription. This is the worst AI extension I have seen yet. Since I cant cancel right now and when my card gets charged again i'm turning it in as a fraudulent charge on my account. I'll never use your product again

Is this bug related to the main website or any sub-projects?
