The server status is only visible to the queue creator; it's not visible to other administrators.

I think reporting issues is essential. This is a minor bug that caused a lot of headaches.

At the beginning of the competition, others and I had no idea which jobs were failing, and this generated a lot of complaints and communication issues, as the same link would go to entirely different pages.

https://www.codabench.org/server_status should be visible to everybody who has permission.

This could be done in 2 ways (TO BE DISCUSSED)

1. All competition organizers can access submissions submitted to the competition queue
2. Instead of just queue owner, queue organizers can also have access. In this case, queue owner should add relevant competition organizers as queue organizers to give them access to monitor queue submissions.

I would be prefer the 2nd way because server_status is designed to monitor submission + queues.

@ihsaan-ullah I think that the queue administrators (or collaborators) should have access, it is more logical as queues are independant from competitions. But, additionally giving access to the server status to all the organizers of competitions associated with the queue could make the whole thing simpler.
