Panoptic Train/Val annotations #690
Description
I downloaded the Panoptic Train/Val annotations from the link:http://images.cocodataset.org/annotations/panoptic_annotations_trainval2017.zip, and I find that panoptic_train2017 folder has 52751 images, but panoptic_train2017.json file has 118287 images, the numbers don't match.
