Add functions to get/create scene selection group

Want a standard name e.g. 'cmiss_selection' (as in cmgui) or perhaps better '.selection'.
When creating new selection group, need to be able to discover orphaned group of the standard name.
Should also set subelement handling mode, possibly as an option.
